About Us

Kimbrough Grove is a twenty-eight acre Planned-Unit-Development (P.U.D.) consisting of 127 zero-lot-line homes ideally located at the intersection of Kimbrough Road and Wolf River Boulevard in Germantown, Tennessee.  

Our community is governed by an association of which each homeowner is a member.  Kimbrough Grove Homeowners Association, Inc. (“KGHA”) was chartered as a nonprofit, mutual-benefit corporation under the laws of the State of Tennessee on September 2, 1998.  By subsequent charter amendment dated March 16, 2006, the suffix “Inc.” was removed from the legal name.  The KGHA Board of Directors consists of not less than three and not more than seven association members.

KGHA strives to enhance the value of homes within our community and to promote a sense of inclusion, friendship, and neighborhood for all our residents.   KGHA is also charged with the responsibility of maintaining our two entrances, common open-space areas, and community infrastructure.  Annual assessments are levied to provide the financial resources to fund KGHA’s landscape and street lighting maintenance, utilities, insurance, and other annual operating costs.  Additionally, a significant portion of the annual assessment is set aside to fund reserves for capital expenditures, such as the repaving of our service drives, and other large-scale maintenance items that recur every three to six years.

Our residents consist of couples, families, and retirees from various geographic and cultural backgrounds, who enjoy an active lifestyle in a zero-lot-line setting.  We are a dynamic neighborhood with abundant opportunities to make friends, to volunteer, and to enjoy social events, such as the monthly Friday night socials,  monthly book club meetings, group outings, semi-annual block parties, and more.
