Governing Documents

We encourage our homeowners, residents, and other interested parties to review and familiarize themselves with our governing documents.  Every conveyance of property within Kimbrough Grove contains a reference in the deed that such conveyance is made subject to the subdivision restrictions, building lines, easements of record, and the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Kimbrough Grove P.U.D.
