Our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and our Bylaws and our Rules and Regulations are available at the Governing Documents link.  We encourage new homeowners to familiarize themselves with the provisions of these documents which are strictly enforced.

Please refer to the FAQ link for information about homeowner financial obligations to Kimbrough Grove Homeowners Association ("KGHA").  Membership in KGHA is mandatory.

 

To request a KGHA letter for a real estate closing, please notify our Treasurer via the Contact Us link and then selecting "Financial" in the "Send To" drop-down box.  Please make your request at least one week prior to the scheduled closing date.  Unless otherwise requested, the letter will be returned electronically.

 

New residents are automatically registered as website users and are provided temporary username and password credentials.  New residents may then Login to update their personal profiles and to access our neighborhood directory, monthly newsletters, forms, committees, upcoming events and other important neighborhood information.  Rules regarding Estate Sales are found at the Governing Documents link of the navigation bar.  Garage sales and yard sales are prohibited unless a permit, which will be issued only in extraordinary circumstances, is obtained from the Board.
